Questus Capital Group Pty Ltd has provided funds management and asset management services in the Australian property sector for over 25 years.

Specialising in the National Rental Affordability Scheme since 2008, the Questus Group has delivered over 4,000 affordable rental properties across Australia.  In concert with Federal and State Governments, developers, builders and Community Housing groups, new housing has been provided for well over 10,000 people.

Investors have enjoyed positive income yields and substantial capital gains over this period.

Since the conclusion of the National Rental Affordability Scheme in 2026, the Questus Group has completed the delivery of its numerous projects and the delivery of affordable housing.

The Directors wish to thank all partners and participants that the Group has had the pleasure of dealing with over the past 25 years, including investors, development and building partners, and all management and staff over the time.
