The Government has committed to pay owners of NRAS properties, about $10,000 per year, for 10 years.

This is how it works:
The property you invest in, needs to be rented at 20% below market rent for 10 years. Every year you’re discounting $4,000 in rent, but in the NRAS scheme you receive about $10,000 TAX FREE.
