Super Warrants

Questus Super Warrants are an innovative investment allowing leveraging into property through a Self Managed Super Fund.

Self Managed Superannuation Funds represent one of the fastest growing sectors in Australia with over 350,000 funds currently established. Figures released by the Association of Superannuation Fund of Australia Limited showed that over $10 billion was invested into superannuation funds for the quarter ended 30 June 2007. The growth of this sector and the need for alternate investment opportunities has been the catalyst for Questus developing a property based Warrant suited specifically for Self Managed Superannuation Funds (Super Funds).

A Questus Super Warrant allows an investor to select the property of their choice and Questus will arrange financing, a trustee and ongoing management of the property.

How Questus Super Warrants Work

rent The Property Manager manages the property and your Super Fund receives rental income and pays all related property costs.
The property Warrant developed by Questus enables Super Funds to acquire an investment property of their choice plus utilizing debt outside of the Super Fund.
The amount of the Warrant is equal to the equity required to complete the property purchase plus costs associated with the purchase such as stamp duty, legals, warrant fees and borrowing expenses.
